About Me

I have had the pleasure of being a full time real estate agent serving all areas of Erie and Crawford Counties since 2005. I enjoy sharing the knowledge and experience I've gained over 20+ years to serve my clients and help them make their best buying and selling decisions.

Being 'in the business' this long has given me experience in several types of markets. Bubbles, the mortgage crisis, recessions, low interest rates/high interest rates, a pandemic, buyer's markets, seller's markets, etc. I am also a landlord and have experience flipping properties. All of this has given me tons of knowledge and insight I love to share with my clients.

I was born and raised in Erie County and attended school in Waterford and Edinboro. I am currently resident of Millcreek Township but have also lived in Summit Township and the City of Erie.

In my free time I enjoy playing golf, softball and pickleball, doing home improvement projects, and building rustic furniture. 

My approach towards my clients is to treat you as if I were helping a good friend. I know my business is dependent on my client's satisfaction and their referrals to their friends, coworkers, and family so I will work hard to earn your trust and confidence. I'm patient, understanding, have a great sense of humor and am easy to get a hold of if you have an immediate need or question.
